A customer called us early one morning after finding a flat tyre outside his apartment in Northern Quarter. He had an important meeting and no spare tyre available. Driving to a garage was not an option, and the stress was clearly affecting him. We arrived within the hour and assessed the damage on-site. The tyre was beyond repair, so we fitted a replacement immediately. While we worked, he was able to prepare for his day instead of worrying.
